Communication is one of the best way
    to be
    listened to, draw energy

    our time and energy
a best group work to tasks that we would quickly tire of when working alone.communicate is the lab works. In fact, this year's chemistry class, we
have learned that one of the cruelest forms of punishment that can be inflicted on an
    individual is solitary confinement.
    Cooperative humans realize that

of others. Problem solving has become so complex that no one person can go
    lab correctly and efficiently.

For our titration lab, me and my groupmate Jonathan had a mis-understanding of acid and base. Which causes us actually put the acid into the beaker, then

turns out that we were the slowest compare to all the data neededexperiment group. When we first recognizes that how stupid we were, we first chose to make critical decisions; no one person can consider as many alternatives as
    several people can.
    Some students may
blame on each other, which is not have learneda good sign for us to work in groups; they have underdeveloped social skills. They feel
isolated, they prefer their solitude. "Leave me alone--I'll do it by my self". " They just don't like me". "I want
to be alone." Some students seem unable

    different results.
    -Albert Einstein
We always learn stuff from our experience. That is mainly why we are able to become the most powerful creature in this planet. This philosophy also works for a normal chemistry class. In this year of chemistry class, we learned several useful topic such as kinetics and acid and base, which I am going to continuously used the information during my next year physic class and later on in my normal life.

    Learning Continuously
Insanity is continuing to do the same thing over and over and expecting different results.
The labs we were doing during this class are another good example of learning Continuously. For an example, if our first trail fails, then we will use our past experience and try to figure out a more possible way to process it. Students usually just throw away their studying packet after the tests or exams are over, then it only means that this class is nothing useful other than get a credit. But this doesn't happend for a chemistry class, I personally belive that by having these notes and packets will be a good tool for me in the future.Habits of Mind is another example of learning Continuously, chemistry seems have no relation-ship with all different kinds of Habits of MInd, but it is another symbol of keep learning from your past experience; we reflect on past and try to imrpove us in the future. Learning Continuously is actually a really important technique that we rely on.

I'm not a person that enjoys to take risk to do something, but often time, risks equal to opportunities, so sometimes we have to take some risks, but of course we have to take the responsible risks. Usually the risks I took for an academic class will fail because it was not responsible, one time I was too lazy to study for a quiz, so I hope the quiz will be easy and I just assumed that I know everything, obviously I end up with a horrible grade. That is taking dangerous risks; risks can be categorized as dangerous risks and responsible risks.

    Taking Responsible Risks
There has been a calculated risk in every stage of American development--the pioneers who were not afraid of the wilderness, businessmen who were not afraid of failure, dreamers who were not afraid of action.
During our chem class, I actually met some friends who have been here for several years but doesn't have a chance to know each other. One of the chem lab was a chance for me to actually get to know her, maybe that violates the real meaning of taking responsible risks, but I think is still worth it to share. We were random selected as partners, It was awkard in the first few minuits when we all sits down and find out one way to process the experiment. Then I decided to take a risk to break up the silence. I usually act like a listener during a group conversation, but only that time, I actually try to become the leader of the lab, try to let my groupmate to particpate with me. The whole lab ends up succesfully, which means the risk was worth it to take and it is also responsible.
